Pricing

Priced around your program

No two challenge courses are the same size, so we quote directly rather than pretending a public price list would fit yours.

How it works

What you pay depends on how big your operation is and how you want it run — the hosted service, or a deployment of your own. We would rather talk for fifteen minutes and give you a real number than publish a table you would have to call us about anyway.

Tell us roughly how many elements you run, how many staff need accounts and whether you operate one site or several, and we will come back with a figure.

What is included

  • Every module: rope log and wear tracking, pre-use assessments, periodic inspections, training records, group sessions, medical forms and incident reporting.
  • Unlimited reports in PDF and HTML, with email delivery.
  • Your program on its own database rather than pooled with other organisations.
  • Automated backups, a recycle bin and administrative recovery tooling.
  • Setup of your elements, operating systems, rope register and inspection templates.
  • Importing your existing equipment and staff records, including historic rope load counts.
  • Support for your team during rollout, and as the season changes.

What a program needs to start

  • A list of your course elements and their operating systems.
  • Your rope and equipment lists — a spreadsheet is fine.
  • The inspection checklists you already use, so they can be reproduced as digital forms.
  • A staff roster with roles.
  • One phone or tablet per field team, plus a browser for office users.

Hosted or your own deployment

Most programs take the hosted service: we run it, back it up and keep it current. If your organisation would rather the whole thing sat in infrastructure it controls, that is available too, and it changes the pricing — so it is worth raising early.
